Associational Emphasis Week is an opportunity for three things:
- Pray for association churches and ministries.
- Educate your church about the association.
- Give to the association through the annual offering (new for 2016).

With this packet would you please advertise the Associational Emphasis Week to your church? This year’s Emphasis Week is Sunday, May 15 through Sunday, May 22. You can use all of the provided materials or only the brochure and bulletin insert, if you like you can even hold the Emphasis Week on a different week. We only ask that you lead your church to take special time to pray for its partner churches in the area and encourage them to be involved in the work of the association.
Something new this year is the Dollar Day offering. The association is exploring more creative ways to fund ongoing projects such as Disaster Relief and Church Planting. This year we are asking for every member in your church to spend a week in prayer for the association, then on the last day (Sunday, May 22) give at least $1.00 to be used for supporting a new church plant in 2016. If every member of every church in our association gave just $1.00 we would raise over $5,000.00!
